Sani Window B&B is the perfect stopover on your travels in the southern Drakensberg. Situated in the friendly town Underberg, the house is set on a large, tree-lined property at the end of a quiet close and facing onto the golf course with breathtaking views of the Drakensberg Mountains.

Accommodation at Sani Window B&B

At Sani Window, we strive to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.  All rooms have tea and coffee facilities, DSTV, wifi access, and welcoming freshly made beds.  

All rooms are available for B&B or for Self Catering. Twin beds available on request (instead of King).

In the morning before you set out on your day's journey, you will be able to enjoy a full hearty breakfast, or if you are heading out really early for a hike or to go bird-watching, a packed breakfast can be arranged. 

Room 1 - Eagle Room 

Situated in the main house with views over the golf course and mountains. The Eagle Room sleeps two, with a king-size bed and offering a full en-suite bathroom and a separate office area.  Tea and coffee making facilities, DSTV and wi-fi complete this room.  The room can be accessed through the house or via its own external entrance. 

Room 2 - Owl Room 

Also in the main house and overlooking the golf course towards the Drakensberg, the Owl Room sleeps two with a kingsize bed.  Tea and coffee making facilities, DSTV ad wi-fi.  The twin private bathroom is across the room.  

Room 4 - Sunbird Room 

The Sunbird Room is spacious, sleeping two in a king-size bed and offering a full en-suite bathroom, DSTV and wifi. Tea and Coffee making facilities. You have the option of B&B or self-catering in the Sunbird Room.  

Room 5 - Swallow Room

The Swallow Room is set apart from the main house, and sleeps two in a kingsize bed. With a separate entrance, it has an en-suite shower room, DSTV, WiFi, Tea and Coffee making facilities and offers the choice of B&B or self-catering.  

Room 6- Weaver Room 

The room is set apart from the main house and sleeps two in a king-size bed and one single bed. The room is wheelchair friendly with a separate entrance.  The Weaver Room has an en-suite shower room, DSTV, WiFi, Tea and Coffee making facilities and offers the choice of B&B or self-catering, as well as twin beds, which are available on request. 

Luxury Treehouse​

Our Treehouse is nestled next to a beautiful Plane Tree. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the golf course and Drakensberg Mountains. Our Treehouse has a fully fitted kitchen, Lounge, private bathroom and bedroom with a King - Size bed.
